In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch tire services, performing minor mechanical repairs, and assisting with vehicle maintenance to ensure our customers' vehicles are in optimal condition. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will help deliver efficient, reliable service while fostering a positive experience for every customer. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your automotive repair skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires on a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars and light trucks Perform tire inspections to identify damage or wear and recommend appropriate solutions Conduct basic vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid replacements, and alignment services Assist with minor mechanical repairs including brake work, suspension adjustments, and mechanical diagnostics Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations while maintaining a clean workspace Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions or concerns Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Experience with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacements, and vehicle maintenance procedures Familiarity with tire service equipment such as balancers, changers, and alignment tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installations or repairs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Knowledge of standard passenger car operation and minor mechanical vehicle repairs Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; dealership experience is a plus Basic understanding of automotive repair procedures including oil changes, alignments, and mechanical repairs Join us as a Tire Technician if you're passionate about automotive care, eager to grow your skills in a lively environment, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
