As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service by performing tire installations, repairs, maintenance services, and basic vehicle inspections. You'll work alongside experienced automotive professionals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Mount, balance, rotate, repair, and replace passenger and light truck tires Perform tire inspections and make recommendations based on tire condition and wear Check and maintain proper tire pressure for optimum vehicle performance and safety Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services as needed Safely operate tire-changing machines, balancers, lifts, and shop equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices Provide friendly, professional service to every customer Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tire installation and repair, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Previous tire service or automotive experience is required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physically demanding work Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Valid driver's license Commitment to customer satisfaction and workplace safety Why Work at Best Auto & Tire?
