Responsibilities Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs with precision and efficiency Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues related to tires, alignment, and basic mechanical systems Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid replacements, and minor mechanical repairs Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete service tasks according to manufacturer specifications Support wheel alignments and other vehicle servicing to improve safety and performance Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs and recommending appropriate solutions Lift heavy tires and equipment regularly to meet operational demands while maintaining safety standards Qualifications Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, tire service, and basic vehicle maintenance Experience with alignment procedures and minor mechanical repairs is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of standard passenger car operation and automotive repair processes Join us as a Tire Technician and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-notch automotive care.
