Entry-level applicants welcome Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, motivated Tire Technician to join our automotive service team. This is a hands-on, entry-level position with opportunities to learn additional automotive skills and advance into roles such as Lube Technician, Alignment Technician, or Service Advisor . The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is willing to learn, works well with a team, and takes pride in providing safe, quality service to customers. Responsibilities Install, remove, repair, rotate, and balance tires Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation Safely lift and lower vehicles using shop equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform basic vehicle and tire inspections Follow company safety procedures and service standards Assist other technicians as needed Communicate vehicle concerns to the service team Provide professional and courteous customer service when interacting with customers Qualifications Automotive or tire experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn and develop new automotive skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment Able to perform physical automotive work, including lifting tires and using shop equipment Valid driver's license preferred Basic mechanical ability and attention to detail Growth Opportunities We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job.
