Hourly pay is based on experience About Us Fixin'Flats is a growing mobile tire service company providing convenient, reliable tire services directly to customers at their homes, businesses, jobsites, and roadside locations throughout our service area. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Mobile Tire Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on commercial, passenger and automotive tire experience, takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and can work independently in a mobile environment. As a Mobile Tire Service Technician, you will travel to customer locations to perform tire services safely, efficiently, and professionally. Responsibilities Mount, balance, repair, and replace tires Perform tire changes and roadside tire services Inspect tires for wear, damage, and safety concerns Properly inflate tires and check tire pressure Safely operate tire-changing and balancing equipment Maintain tools, equipment, and the service vehicle Provide professional and courteous customer service Complete jobs efficiently and accurately Follow all company safety procedures Keep the work area and service vehicle clean and organized Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch Handle payments and required paperwork when applicable What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable — shows up and follows through Hardworking — willing to put in the effort to get the job done right Dependable — can be trusted to work independently Punctual — arrives on time and is ready to work Knowledgeable about tires and basic tire service Safety-conscious and takes pride in quality workmanship Professional and respectful with customers and coworkers Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Comfortable working outdoors and in different weather conditions Able to lift and handle tires and equipment safely Qualifications Previous tire, automotive, roadside assistance, or mechanical experience preferred Experience with tire mounting and balancing preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Clean driving record preferred Ability to work independently Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver tires and equipment Strong customer-service and communication skills Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic Why Join Us?
