Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire Technician, where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle safety! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing expert tire services as well as providing excellent customer service. Your enthusiasm for automotive care will help ensure our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready to hit the road. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in automotive diagnostics, mechanical repair, and customer service within a fast-paced environment. The hours are 8-5 Monday - Friday and 8-2 on Saturday's in a very fast paced environment. Pay is determined based on experience. While this a physically demanding job, you will also be treated like family. One week (minimum) paid vacation a year. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete service tasks safely and accurately Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance needs Support the team with heavy lifting and other physical tasks necessary for tire installation and vehicle servicing Requirements At least 1-2 years of experience changing tires on a machine (test will be performed) Be able to work outside in the heat, cold or rain. Able to work 6 days a week Reliable transportation Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills Ability to work as a team as well as independently in a fast paced environment Ability to follow safety procedures diligently Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive care!
