Duties Perform wheel alignments using state-of-the-art alignment equipment to ensure optimal vehicle handling and tire longevity Diagnose and repair suspension systems, shocks & struts, and steering components to restore proper alignment and ride quality Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections, including brake systems, tire service, and mechanical systems repair Utilize schematics and automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues with powertrain, transmission, electrical systems, and other mechanical components Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, fluid checks, and preventive vehicle servicing to uphold safety standards Interpret technical manuals and schematics to accurately diagnose complex automotive problems Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality repairs while maintaining a clean and organized workspace Experience Proven dealership or automotive repair industry experience with a focus on alignment, suspension, or mechanical systems repair Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and heavy equipment mechanics Hands-on experience working with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology is highly desirable Familiarity with schematics, diagnostic tools, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto body repair techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service Prior experience working with GM vehicles or similar makes is a plus but not required Mechanical knowledge across diesel engines, transmissions, brake repair, shocks & struts, oil changes, and general automotive maintenance Join us as an Alignment Technician and become part of a passionate team committed to delivering top-tier automotive service.
