Job Description
The starting hourly rate is $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications. Tire Techs are responsible to perform the following including but not limited to: Dismount, mount, balance all type of tires (small turf tires to large ag tires) Determine repairable tire conditions Properly prepare service ticket to submit to office staff Work efficiently to execute customer service needs, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs and/or replacements. Maintain a safe & clean work environment. Employees are also offered paid time off, commission on labor, employee discounts, uniforms included and retirement plan.
