Hire Up Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial Tire Service Technician for an opportunity in Gulfport, MS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a road service truck and installing truck and industrial tires in a variety of field conditions. This is a physically demanding position that requires someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and not afraid of hard work or challenging conditions. Responsibilities Operate a road service truck to provide mobile commercial tire services. Install, remove, repair, and service truck and industrial tires. Perform roadside and on-site tire changes and repairs. Safely use tire-changing equipment, tools, jacks, and other service equipment. Inspect tires for wear, damage, and safety concerns. Provide professional and dependable customer service in the field. Maintain the service truck, tools, and equipment in safe working condition. Follow all company safety procedures and DOT requirements. Work outdoors and in varying weather and job-site conditions. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Perform other duties related to commercial tire service as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience servicing commercial truck and/or industrial tires required. Experience operating a road service truck strongly preferred. Ability to safely install and service large truck and industrial tires. Insurable driving record is required. Valid driver's license required. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools. Ability to work independently in the field. Must be comfortable working in physically demanding environments and sometimes difficult conditions. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy equipment and tires. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
