Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Roadside Commercial Tire Technician, where you will be at the forefront of providing essential tire and vehicle maintenance services to commercial fleet vehicles on the go. This energetic role involves delivering prompt, professional roadside assistance, performing tire repairs and replacements, and ensuring vehicles are safe and road-ready. Responsibilities Respond quickly to roadside calls to repair or replace tires on commercial vehicles, including trucks and trailers. Perform tire mounting, balancing, inflation, and repair using hand tools and power tools efficiently. Conduct minor mechanical repairs such as oil changes, fluid replacements, and basic vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Diagnose automotive issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge to identify necessary repairs. Assist with wheel alignments and other mechanical repairs that support vehicle safety and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with drivers, explaining repairs, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols during roadside assistance operations. Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive mechanic experience is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, tire service, and minor mechanical repairs. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and heavy-duty vehicles. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various roadside conditions. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward assisting drivers in urgent situations. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars is a plus. Knowledge of automotive alignment procedures and general vehicle maintenance practices is advantageous.
