Responsibilities Remove and replace tires on passenger vehicles using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Perform tire balancing, rotation, and alignment procedures to ensure proper vehicle handling Conduct minor mechanical repairs related to tire service, such as valve replacements or patching punctures Assist with automotive fluid replacements including oil changes and other basic maintenance tasks Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify tire-related issues or other minor mechanical problems Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols during all service procedures Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Requirements Previous dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for vehicle repairs Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and automotive diagnostics Experience in automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during tire installation and repair tasks Strong mechanical repair skills with knowledge of alignment procedures and minor mechanical repairs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Valid driver's license with clean driving record; dealership experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
