Position Overview:
Install, balance, rotate and, repair tires on commercial vehicles and machinery according to spec. Perform tire inspections and overall condition recommend appropriate tire replacements or repairs. Use tire machines and tools to remove and install tires, either in the shop or in the field at the location of the customer.Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring jobs are completed in a timely manner. Maintaining inventory on service vehicle Ensuring maintenance of the service vehicle is up to date Assisting in the garage when not on a road callProduct Knowledge and Education:
- Stay updated on the latest tire products, trends, and technologies.
- Provide clients with detailed information about tire specifications, features, and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of tire options.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer feedback.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, offering assistance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of tire products, brands, and specifications.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
