In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing expert tire services, performing minor mechanical repairs, and ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for the road. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace tires on all types of passenger vehicles with precision and care Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid replacements, and basic inspections Use hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues effectively Assist customers by explaining service needs, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience Lift heavy tires and equipment safely while adhering to proper safety protocols during all tasks Qualifications Prior dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, tire service, and basic vehicle maintenance Ability to perform standard passenger car operations including oil changes and minor repairs Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Physical strength to handle heavy lifting and perform manual tasks throughout the workday Knowledge of alignment procedures and automotive repair standards is a plus Embark on a career that combines technical skill development with customer-focused service!
