Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Tire Technician, where you will be the driving force behind ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best. In this energetic role, you will perform tire services, minor mechanical repairs, and vehicle maintenance with precision and enthusiasm. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair will help keep our customers moving confidently on the road. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles, including standard passenger cars and light trucks Conduct wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and tire longevity Perform minor mechanical repairs such as oil changes, fluid replacements, and brake inspections Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete maintenance tasks Diagnose automotive issues using diagnostic equipment and mechanical knowledge to identify necessary repairs Assist customers by explaining services performed and providing recommendations for vehicle maintenance Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety protocols during all service procedures Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred Mechanical experience with vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and minor repairs Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and automotive fluid replacement procedures Knowledge of tire service, wheel alignment, and basic mechanical repair techniques Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and work with hand tools and power tools effectively Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Mechanical knowledge related to automotive service standards and maintenance practice Join us if you're passionate about automotive repair, eager to grow your skills in a lively environment, and committed to delivering top-notch service.
