Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Tire Tech, where you'll be at the forefront of tire repair and replacement services delivered directly to our customers' locations. This energetic role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with exceptional customer service, ensuring drivers stay safe and confident on the road. As a Mobile Tire Tech, you will perform tire replacements and repairs on-site at various customer locations. While most of our calls are clients with cars or pickup trucks, we have some clients with semi/trucks. You will preform replacements done by hand on bigger tires. Responsibilities Conduct tire services including mounting, replacements, and puncture repairs at customer sites. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete repairs. Inspect tires for safety issues and complete necessary repairs or services. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality control procedures. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about vehicle conditions and repair needs, ensuring a positive experience. Tractor tralier tire replacements by hand Experience Previous dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred. Hands-on mechanic experience with standard passenger cars and light trucks. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics tools and techniques for troubleshooting vehicle issues. Familiarity with automotive fluid replacement procedures and routine vehicle maintenance. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment safely. Experience performing tire service, wheel alignments, oil changes, and minor mechanical repairs. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to assist clients effectively. Ability to lift heavy tires or vehicle components safely during service procedures. Ability to replace tractor trailer tires by hand. Familiarity with impact tools, jacks, and air compressor.
