Oasis Tires & Wheels is looking for a dependable and motivated Alignment Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will perform wheel alignments, inspect steering and suspension components, and assist with tire and light automotive services. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn and grow within our company. This position is ideal for someone with basic automotive experience who wants to expand their skills and build a long-term career in the automotive industry. Responsibilities Perform front-end and four-wheel alignments using computerized alignment equipment. Inspect steering and suspension components for wear or damage. Diagnose uneven tire wear, pulling, vibration, and steering concerns. Recommend necessary repairs to restore proper vehicle handling and tire life. Perform suspension repairs, including tie rods, ball joints, shocks, and struts as needed. Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires when necessary. Conduct basic vehicle safety inspections. Safely operate alignment racks, vehicle lifts, tire machines, balancers, and other shop equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work efficiently with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in a tire shop or automotive repair shop is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of steering, suspension, and tire services. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and automotive shop equipment safely. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
