This is a great opportunity for an experienced tire technician who is looking for full-time work immediately and wants to earn additional income through performance bonuses and productivity incentives. What You'll Do Mount and dismount tires safely and efficiently. Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires. Operate tire-changing and wheel-balancing equipment. Inspect tires and identify potential safety issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work as part of a team to provide fast and professional service. Follow all shop safety procedures. What We're Looking For Previous tire installation or tire-shop experience. Experience using tire machines and balancing equipment. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work well with a team. Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus. Positive attitude and willingness to work.
