Forklift Tire Press Technician Install Press Service Industrial Forklift Tires Forklift Tire Press Technician (2+ Years Experience Required) Houston Industrial Tires - Friendswood, TX Join a Growing Team Where Your Work Matters Houston Industrial Tires is looking for a dependable, hardworking Forklift Tire Press Technician to join our growing team. We are a family-owned company specializing in industrial forklift tires, field service, press-on tire installation, foam fill, and wheel assembly. What You'll Do Install and replace solid pneumatic, cushion, and press-on forklift tires. Perform on-site tire service at customer facilities throughout the Houston area. Operate tire presses and related shop equipment. Remove and install forklift wheels and assemblies safely. Inspect tires and equipment for wear or safety concerns. Complete service paperwork accurately. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Provide professional, friendly customer service on every job. Work safely while following company procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience installing or servicing forklift tires, industrial tires, heavy equipment tires, or operating a hydraulic tire press. Experience installing press-on, cushion, and solid pneumatic forklift tires preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely use hydraulic presses, hand tools, and shop equipment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Ability to safely lift 75-100 lbs. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
