As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing roadside tire-related services and assisting with vehicle maintenance. If you have a passion for automotive service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of
MOBILE TIRE SERVICE
experience
  • Valid Driver's License (must be insurable through our insurance company)
  • Reliable transportation to work (Deco work trucks used on the job only)
  • Able to pass a drug/alcohol test ANYTIME
  • Live within a 10-mile radius of Lubbock City limits
  • Ability to work on-call rotationally
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to after-hours calls on a rotational basis
  • Install, balance, and rotate tires on various types of vehicles
  • Perform roadside tire repairs and replacements as needed
  • Conduct tire inspections to identify wear and damage
  • Utilize power tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently
  • Record completed work accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of tire brands, sizes, and specifications
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required
  • Proficient in using power tools and equipment safely
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Please note that this position requires working in various weather conditions.
