Job Requirements:
(Applications That Do Not Meet These Requirements Will Be Rejected)- At least 1 year of
MOBILE TIRE SERVICE
experience- Valid Driver's License (must be insurable through our insurance company)
- Reliable transportation to work (Deco work trucks used on the job only)
- Able to pass a drug/alcohol test ANYTIME
- Live within a 10-mile radius of Lubbock City limits
- Ability to work on-call rotationally
Responsibilities:
- Respond to after-hours calls on a rotational basis
- Install, balance, and rotate tires on various types of vehicles
- Perform roadside tire repairs and replacements as needed
- Conduct tire inspections to identify wear and damage
- Utilize power tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently
- Record completed work accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of tire brands, sizes, and specifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required
- Proficient in using power tools and equipment safely
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Please note that this position requires working in various weather conditions.
