Duties Perform tire installation, rotation, balancing, repair, and replacement with precision and efficiency Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues related to tires, alignment, and basic mechanical systems Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid replacements, and minor mechanical repairs Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform tire service and mechanical repairs Support wheel alignment procedures to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety Assist customers by explaining services performed and providing recommendations for ongoing vehicle maintenance Lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service procedures while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and basic vehicle systems required Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, oil changes, and tire service essential Familiarity with automotive tools including hand tools and power tools necessary for repair work Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a busy environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic understanding of wheel alignment, minor mechanical repairs, and general vehicle maintenance techniques Join us in delivering top-quality automotive care!
