Responsibilities Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires on various vehicle types with precision and efficiency Conduct wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety standards Perform minor mechanical repairs including oil changes, fluid replacements, and other basic maintenance tasks Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete tire service and mechanical repairs Diagnose automotive issues using automotive diagnostics tools and techniques Assist with general vehicle maintenance and mechanical repair tasks as needed Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally Requirements Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred Familiarity with standard passenger car operation Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively Mechanical knowledge related to tire service, minor mechanical repairs, and vehicle maintenance Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work shifts Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and client interactions Embark on a career where your mechanical skills make a difference!
