Job Description

We are hiring experienced Tower Technicians to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment on cell towers and rooftops. Approximately 80-90% of the role involves climbing towers and performing work at height. Travel is required within
IL, WI, IA.
Candidates must be able to stay out of town during the workweek and occasional weekends. Company-paid hotel accommodations and weekly per diem are provided. What We Offer Weekly pay No overtime cap Free lodging and per diem while traveling Paid training and certifications Duties Climb, work on, and descend telecommunications towers, monopoles, rooftops, and other elevated structures while following all fall-protection and safety requirements. Assist with tower construction, modifications, and antenna installation, including mounting equipment, running cables, and securing hardware. Safely use hand and power tools to measure, cut, drill, assemble, and install materials according to project requirements. Perform basic rigging and hoisting of tools, materials, and equipment to and from elevated work areas. Conduct visual inspections, basic testing, and troubleshooting of equipment; report issues to crew leads or foremen. Work effectively as part of a 3-4 person crew to complete tasks safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Maintain a clean, organized work area and handle materials and equipment properly. Follow OSHA regulations, company policies, and site-specific safety procedures at all times. Requirements Valid driver's license 2 years tower climbing experience (preferred) Able to pass background check and drug test Willing to travel and work outdoors year-round. Ability to travel overnight every Monday through Friday Physically able to climb towers and perform rescues Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 50-80 lbs (frequently or repetitively depending on task Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days 401(k) with company match Company-paid short- and long-term disability PTO and paid holiday.
