We are seeking motivated, safety-focused Telecom Technicians to join our expanding team. If you enjoy working outdoors, traveling to different job sites, and building critical communications infrastructure, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless and wireline telecommunications infrastructure. Install fiber optic and coaxial cable.
- Perform cable routing, labeling, testing, and documentation.
- Install antennas, radios, RRUs, hybrid cables, grounding systems, and associated equipment.
- Build and maintain cell sites, utility poles, and communication structures.
- Perform equipment upgrades, maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Read construction drawings, engineering plans, and site documentation.
- Complete daily reports, time sheets, and job documentation.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures at all times. Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of telecommunications construction experience is preferred but not required.
- Entry-level candidates with no previous telecommunications experience are encouraged to apply.
- Training may be provided to motivated candidates who are dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn.
- Experience with: o Fiber optic installation o Small Cell and Macro Cell sites o 5G equipment installation o Coax installation o Microwave installations o Equipment upgrades and maintenance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Comfortable working at heights when required.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel throughout New England and work overtime when needed. Preferred Certifications
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- First Aid/CPR
- RF Awareness
- Competent Climber/Rescue Certification
- Bucket Truck Certification plus but not required.
JLG/MEWP
(Mobile Elevating Work Platform) Operator Certification preferred.- Fiber Optic Certification (preferred) What We Offer
