In this energetic position, you will operate specialized equipment to paint clear, precise lines that define parking spaces, traffic flow, and safety zones. Your work ensures that drivers can navigate efficiently and confidently while contributing to the overall safety and aesthetics of the parking facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors and be part of a dynamic organization committed to excellence. Responsibilities Operate line striping equipment to accurately paint parking lot lines, directional arrows, crosswalks, and other markings according to project specifications. Prepare surfaces by cleaning and ensuring proper adhesion for durable line application. Maintain and troubleshoot line striping machinery to ensure optimal performance throughout each shift. Collaborate with construction or maintenance teams to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of projects. Document completed work and report any issues or hazards encountered during the process. Qualifications Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable. Experience with parking lot striping is preferred but we MAY consider training otherwise well-qualified individuals. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise markings and project specifications. Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy materials, and operate machinery for extended periods.
