You'll direct traffic, assist construction crews, and help keep projects running safely and efficiently. Certified Flagger/General Labor Details:

Temporary position $18.00 to $21.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm) Flagging Responsibilities Direct traffic safely through construction work zones using stop/slow paddles and hand signals. Communicate with fellow flaggers and crew members using radios. Maintain a safe work zone for the public, motorists, and construction crews. Follow all traffic control procedures and safety regulations. General Labor Responsibilities Assist construction crews with site preparation and cleanup. Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment. Dig, shovel, rake, and perform other manual labor tasks. Help maintain a clean and organized job site. Support skilled trades as needed. Follow directions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.

Certified Flagger/General Labor Qualifications:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. No flagger certification? No problem! We provide the required training and certification before you begin working in a flagging role.
