is seeking experienced Signal Persons (Flaggers/Spotters) to join the LS Cable Construction Project in Chesapeake, Virginia. The Signal Person will work closely with crane operators, forklift operators, and construction crews to safely direct heavy equipment and material movement while maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities Direct cranes, forklifts, and heavy equipment using standard hand and radio signals Maintain clear communication with operators and ground personnel Ensure safe movement of oversized materials Monitor work areas for potential hazards Follow all OSHA regulations and site safety requirements Attend daily Toolbox Meetings (TBM) Work safely in an active industrial construction environment Qualifications Previous experience as a Signal Person, Spotter, or Flagger preferred Construction or industrial project experience preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus Ability to communicate effectively with equipment operators Reliable transportation Able to work overtime and Saturdays as needed Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Korean) is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (Based on experience) Overtime available Long work hours available bi-weekly payroll Opportunity to work on a landmark industrial construction project Schedule Full-Time Monday -
