Looking for a hands-on job where you're not stuck behind a desk? Mullens Markings, Inc. (MMI) is looking for dependable Flaggers to join our team in the Roanoke/Buchanan, VA area. You'll work outdoors with a crew helping keep drivers, workers, and construction zones safe. If you're reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work, we'd like to hear from you. Whether it's 500 feet or 500 miles, we get the job done safely, properly, and on time. What You'll Do Direct traffic safely through active work zones. Set up and remove signs, cones, and other traffic control devices. Communicate with drivers and crew members. Load and unload traffic control equipment. Help keep work zones safe and organized. Follow traffic control plans and safety procedures. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Dependable and ready to work as part of a crew. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Available for days, nights, weekends, and overtime as projects require. Traffic control or construction experience is a plus but not required. Flagger certification preferred or ability to obtain required certification. Why Join Mullens Markings?
