Whether it's 500 feet or 500 miles, we get the job done safely, properly, and on time. What You'll Do Set up and remove lane closures, road closures, and other traffic control devices. Load, unload, and transport traffic control equipment and materials. Install and remove temporary and permanent pavement markings. Install and maintain arrow boards, portable changeable message signs (PCMS), barricades, drums, signs, and crash cushions. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on traffic control equipment. Assist with shop organization, equipment preparation, and inventory. Read maps and traffic control plans to ensure proper work zone setup. Work safely around live traffic while maintaining a clean and organized job site. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (FEDMED). CDL preferred or willingness to obtain one. Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding work. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Willingness to work nights, weekends, overtime, and travel as needed. Strong work ethic, communication skills, and commitment to safety.
