Responsibilities Install, repair, and service a wide range of commercial overhead doors, including sectional, rolling steel, and specialty doors. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute installation and repair tasks. Utilize power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to complete projects efficiently. Conduct electrical work related to door operators, sensors, and safety devices while adhering to building code compliance. Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for door hanging, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall installation, caulking, and trim carpentry. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform mechanical repairs on door components such as springs, tracks, hinges, locks, and hardware. Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes while providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the process. Pay:

$27.03 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
