USI Cable Corp a family ran company of over 32 years is seeking an Aerial Telecom Ground Hand to join our TEAM! Responsibilities will include

• Load, unload, layout and prep tools/supplies/equipment/materials needed at each job site Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Lineman, Foreman, or Supervisor.

Handle physically demanding construction duties. Pull a lasher, carry a ladder, and throw rope. Install cabling (coaxial/fiber) within customer's property and public easements to meet the client's requirements. Assist the Lineman/Foreman with aerial tasks. Direct traffic flow in accordance with local DOT guidelines. Properly maintain the company vehicle. Drive company Vehicle to/from jobsites and work locations. Qualifications & Behaviors

• Valid Driver's License is Required. Clean driving record for the last 3 years. Team Player

Ability & willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Must be able to follow instructions and have good communication skills Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig and reach. Must be able to preform strenuous physical labor under all types of conditions. Ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced and quickly changing environment Skills

• (Will train the right candidate) Ability to identify all materials the Lineman will need to perform the job Ability to climb/Gaff poles correctly Ability to read and understand blueprints and/or system maps.
