Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Lineman to join our dynamic utility team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical power systems, ensuring safe and reliable delivery of electricity to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Your expertise will help keep communities powered and connected, contributing to the safety and efficiency of our electrical infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, operate specialized equipment, and develop your technical skills in a fast-paced environment. •Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain overhead electrical distribution, using bucket trucks, rigging equipment, and climbing techniques. Perform high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical work in accordance with safety standards such as NEC (National Electrical Code) regulations. Conduct cabling, wiring, and conduit installation on construction sites or existing infrastructure projects. Use field service tools such as ohmmeters for testing circuits and locating faults; perform utility locating to identify underground utilities before excavation. Operate bucket trucks safely for elevated work; climb poles or towers as needed for maintenance or installation tasks. Assist with tree trimming around power lines to prevent outages; perform welding as required for structural repairs or equipment mounting. Collaborate with team members on construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including incident reports, inspection logs, and compliance documentation. Be able to be on call in case of emergencies. Must read meters every month, we are willing to train. Requirements Proven experience as a Lineman or in a similar electrical field service role with a focus on utility infrastructure. Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, industrial electrician practices, and commercial electrical systems. Familiarity with high voltage (HV) systems as well as low voltage (LV) wiring standards. Skilled in bucket operation and climbing poles or towers safely; certification in bucket truck operation is preferred. Ability to use testing tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical faults effectively. Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in various weather conditions; comfortable working at heights. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must have at least a Class B CDL license with airbreak endorsement. Join us in powering communities while building your career!
