What You'll Lead:

Construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced communications & infrastructure systems On-site safety, quality, and daily crew leadership Project schedules, logistics, reporting, and client interaction Training and mentorship of Field Technicians High-impact work in remote, dynamic, and global environments

Who We're Looking For:

Proven field leadership experience (1-9 years for Level I, 10+ for Level II) Strong mechanical aptitude & safety mindset Comfortable working at heights and in demanding environments Skilled in equipment operation, rigging, or specialty tools Excellent communicator with the ability to lead under pressure

Certifications:

OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, Rigging & Signal (required)

Highly Valued:
