- Level I (IRATA / SPRAT) Role Summary An entry-level rope access technician who performs work-at-height tasks under the direct supervision of a Level III (and often Level II).
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Level I, II or Level III Rope Certification through SPRAT orIRATA API 653, 570 & 510
an asset but not required NDT certs:UT, MT, PT, RT, DR, RAD 40
& state card (TX) and asset but not requiredCraft Experience & Certs:
Coatings, Insulating, Pipe Fitting, Welding, Mechanical Confined space certifications is a plus Knowledge, Skills, Abilities NDT Methods- Expertise in multiple NDT methods and willingness to engage in ongoing learning and application of skills an asset but not required Mechanical
- Intermediate mechanical knowledge. Safety
- Knowledge of, and willingness to follow and lead others to follow applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Apply these safety standards in the work environment and look out for other crew members. Active Listening
