We primarily supply personnel to OEM and Utility clients to support outages or supplement their in-house workforce during turbine outage planning and execution. Key responsibilities of the role include: Technical direction and project management steam turbine generator maintenance outages (Minor, Major, Valves, Bearings, etc) Documentation of outage findings, with prompt and professional reports Provide Repair/Replace recommendations Outage planning, parts identification, scope development, schedule input Technical Support and Root Cause Analysis Troubleshooting of Turbine and Auxiliary systems Outage Client Representation and vendor oversight Required experience and attributes: 5+ years' experience as Turbine Field Engineer / TFA (Technical Field Advisor) / TD (Technical Director) / Utility Turbine Maintenance Engineer OEM training and experience with GE, Siemens, Alstom, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, or other OEM turbine generators Reliable, High Energy self-starter Committed to safety and quality
MUST HAVE LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN USA
(US Citizen, work visa - for USA projects) Desired Additional skills: Good professional network (both technical and clients) Other specialty skills - MHC / EHC Controls, Vibration, Generator, Complex Alignment, Root Cause Analysis, Steam Path Audit, etc. Fluent in Spanish (Especially for South American assignments) Retirees and part-time workers are welcome.
