Key responsibilities of the role include: Technical direction and project management steam turbine generator maintenance outages (Minor, Major, Valves, Bearings, etc) Documentation of outage findings, with prompt and professional reports Provide Repair/Replace recommendations Outage planning, parts identification, scope development, schedule input Technical Support and Root Cause Analysis Troubleshooting of Turbine and Auxiliary systems Outage Client Representation and vendor oversight Required experience and attributes: 5+ years' experience as Turbine Field Engineer / TFA (Technical Field Advisor) / TD (Technical Director) / Utility Turbine Maintenance Engineer OEM training and experience with GE, Siemens, Alstom, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, or other OEM turbine generators Reliable, High Energy self-starter Committed to safety and quality
