As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the operations department supporting a dedicated maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Greater Philadelphia What's the Job? Oversee and coordinate all aspects of maintenance operations for all facilities. Implement and manage a preventative maintenance program for equipment. Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems to ensure functionality and compliance. Conduct regular walk-throughs to identify and address maintenance needs. Manage relationships with contractors and supervise repair work performed by third-party maintenance teams. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and procedures. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
