Experience / Skills
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or related engineering discipline. 10+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a 24/7 continuous chemical or industrial manufacturing environment. Prior experience working in PSM‑regulated facilities. Strong knowledge of chemical plant equipment, associated hazards, and regulatory requirements. Experience with a maintenance CMMS (SAP strongly preferred) and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and safety documentation. Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a track record of building a strong safety and reliability culture.Location:
