Videos Duties Help Performs checks, PM's, walk-thrus on quarters equipment th include furnaces, (quarters) boilers, and hot wer heers, lift stion, air conditioners, hot wer heers etc. Paint interior and exterior surfaces on existing living quarters using standard coing methods such as brushing, rolling and spraying. Independently alters and repairs framework, interior and exterior trim, doors, windows, and refinished paneling. Operes the snow removal equipment (including the case tractor, Bolens Tractor, and Case Backhoe). Independently installs and modifies existing or new plumbing facilities in IHS housing including: utility supply and disposal systems, toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, hot wer heers (gas and electric), etc. Adjusts all hardware on quarters doors, including door closures, weher stripping, lock sets, astragals. Repairs and checks housing furnaces, hot wer heers, changes filters, belts, controllers, sensors, transformers and igniters. Makes minor repairs to electrical systems. Background Investigion :
