Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pipe welding, troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and new installations of chemical processing equipment.

Responsibilities:

Preparation and welding of 1" to 8" carbon and stainless-steel pipe Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs Communication with area production operators/supervision daily Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean working environment Maintain skills needed to successfully complete job requirements Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on mechanical equipment Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 6G pipe welding certificate required Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic computer skills Problem Solving, organizational, communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in a plant environment SMAW and GTAW skills on carbon and stainless steel preferred Rigging and crane experience preferred Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed Excellent teamwork and communication skills Benefits Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, & Vision) 401K Matching Alternate Work Schedule (4 X 10's) PTO Disability Tuition Reimbursement Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic and contribute your skills to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
