What You Will Do:

You'll lead and coordinate all shift maintenance activities—assigning and scheduling work, guiding technicians, and ensuring equipment is installed, maintained, and repaired in line with approved procedures. You'll oversee troubleshooting and system performance, monitor work quality and compliance, manage materials, parts, and work orders, and reinforce safety, security, environmental, and quality standards. You'll also review technical drawings and procedures, support your team hands-on when needed, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. People With:

Associate of science in engineering, physical sciences, or equivalent technical experience with a high school diploma or GED; or successful completion of the US naval nuclear propulsion program 3+ years of plant maintenance experience within the 8 years in chemical, nuclear, power generation, pharmaceutical industries, or the US naval nuclear propulsion program The ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" clearance.
