Seasonal Maintenance Team Member - Put-in-Bay, OH (South Bass Island) We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our Seasonal Maintenance Team on Put-in-Bay. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while helping prepare and maintain our busy summer operations.

Position Overview:

As a Maintenance Team Member, you will assist with general outdoor upkeep, seasonal property openings, and light construction tasks. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities Include:

Power washing buildings, patios, and common areas Raking, leaf blowing, and general outdoor cleanup Assisting with opening seasonal businesses and properties Supporting light construction and repair projects Following directions from management and team leads Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to commute to Put-in-Bay (transportation provided - we cover the boat fare ) Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Must be able to lift, carry, and perform physical labor
