Responsibilities:

Complete work orders efficiently and professionally Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including: Electrical repairs Plumbing repairs Appliance diagnostics and repair Carpentry and general maintenance Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards Requirements Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of general and advanced maintenance functions Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Why BG Staffing?
