Maintenance Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will focus on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and refurbishing equipment to keep our operations running smoothly. You will play a key part in ensuring plant reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting overall production efficiency. Key Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on plant equipment Coordinate and carry out technical maintenance tasks Assist the General Manager with engineering-related duties Refurbish equipment that is not in service to extend lifecycle and improve performance Develop and implement plans to correct underperforming equipment Establish and manage a daily schedule for equipment refurbishment Requirements Previous experience in maintenance, equipment repair, or plant operations Strong technical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time-management abilities Basic understanding of engineering principles (preferred) Benefits (customize if you'd like) Competitive pay Opportunities for training and professional development Supportive team environment Career progression opportunities
