Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician (40 hrs per week - Full-Time) needed to provide maintenance for low-income apartment complex in Paulina. The Maintenance Technician performs jobs including, but not limited to, janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers; performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties, operates a variety of hand, power and shop tools; and performs related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred. Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check. Pay & Benefits 40 hrs per week. Work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm w/ 30-min lunch. $18.00/hr $35 per paycheck fuel reimbursement and $315per paycheck cellphone reimbursement provided Eligible for insurance benefits and Paid Time Off (PTO) after 60 days of employment.
