Maintenance Technician

The Role This is not just a maintenance position—you are directly responsible for keeping our stores operating at a high standard. From quick fixes to preventative maintenance, your work ensures our locations remain safe, functional, and visually appealing for both customers and staff. What You'll Do Take full ownership of maintenance across multiple retail locations Diagnose and complete repairs efficiently (electrical, plumbing, lighting, fixtures, minor carpentry) Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact store operations Respond quickly and effectively to urgent maintenance needs Support store setups, seasonal transitions, and improvements Coordinate and manage outside vendors when necessary Maintain clean, organized, and professional store environments What We're Looking For Proven hands-on maintenance or facilities experience Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently Self-starter with a high sense of accountability and urgency Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize tasks effectively Reliable transportation and willingness to travel Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and performing manual work Why LSL Brands?
