Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven Event Planner/Coordinator to execute in-store events that directly support sales growth and customer acquisition. This role blends event planning with retail strategy, ensuring every event contributes to increased foot traffic, higher conversion rates, and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute in-store events that drive traffic and boost sales performance Partner with store teams to align events with sales goals, promotions, and product launches Track event performance, including attendance and sales impact Oversee event budgets with a focus on maximizing revenue return Coordinate event marketing efforts (in-store, social, and local outreach) to increase attendance Ensure seamless event execution, delivering a strong customer experience that encourages purchasing Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during events Analyze results and recommend improvements for future events Qualifications Experience in event planning, retail, or sales-driven environments Strong understanding of sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement Proven ability to drive revenue through events or activations Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple events and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance metrics What We Offer Competitive pay (paid position) Paid Time Off Health/Vision/Dental Plan(employee/employer shared premium) 401K with employer match Opportunity to directly impact store sales and business growth Fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment Career growth within a dynamic and expanding company
