Job Description
LSL Brands, a retail management firm with over 35 years of industry experience operating a diverse portfolio of retail brands, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Financial Operations Associate to support day-to-day financial and administrative operations on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an organized and self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently and managing a variety of financial and operational tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Responsibilities Process and manage payroll accurately and on schedule Maintain financial records and organize transactions Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Support basic accounting and financial reporting tasks Reconcile bank and credit card statements Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and financial documentation Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and general financial administration Coordinate with management regarding financial updates and needs Qualifications Experience in payroll processing and financial administration Familiarity with accounting principles and bookkeeping systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, or similar financial software preferred Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Schedule Part-time position Approximately 2-3 days per week Flexible scheduling available Preferred Traits Dependable and trustworthy Proactive problem solver Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities Professional and team-oriented attitude To apply, please send your resume and a brief summary of your experience.
