Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician with Cornerstone Property Management, you will join a growing team of property management professionals who have a dedication to service and support second to none. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintenance duties across multiple properties. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations. The role requires thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. This role includes a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties. Perform repairs, install fixtures and appliances, and replace damaged systems. Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems. Oversee and coordinate with vendors and external contractors Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities Routine safety checks of safety systems Be on-call to respond to emergency issues during a 24/7 on call rotation
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or GED certificate Minimum 1 year of maintenance technician or similar experience Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
MUST HAVE
Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation Able to bend, crouch, and lift objects up to 50 lbs. unassisted Proficiency in using Hand and Power Tools Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic Computer Skills Preferred Vocational or Trade School Certified Benefits Paid Time Off Job Type:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
