Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and daily operations of a residential community. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, light repairs, and ensuring that buildings, grounds, and systems remain safe, clean, and fully functional. The ideal candidate has experience with light electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems, and can respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of buildings, common areas, and grounds to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns. Complete light electrical repairs such as replacing exterior fixtures and troubleshooting minor issues. Light plumbing work includes minor leaks and clearing building main clogs.. Perform sprinkler/irrigation system maintenance and repairs. Respond to service requests from residents in a timely and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness of common areas Assist with general upkeep tasks such as painting and minor carpentry. Keep accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections. Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies. On-Call & Emergency Duties Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies. Troubleshoot urgent issues such as electrical outages, plumbing leaks, or system failures. Qualifications Experience in residential or building maintenance. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and irrigation systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and with a team and be able to manage multiple tasks. Good communication and customer service skills when interacting with residents. Valid driver's license.
