• Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our RV Park team, working 30 to 40 hours per week.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our park facilities and infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure a seamless experience for our guests by keeping all systems operational and well-maintained. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills in a dynamic outdoor environment, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and park operations. Duties Light electrical repairs (e.g., replacing switches and basic troubleshooting) Basic plumbing maintenance General repairs and upkeep of park facilities, cabins, and rental units Painting of units, structures, and common areas as needed Pressure washing RV sites and park areas Daily trash pickup and general cleaning of park grounds Organization and maintenance of tools and equipment Support with all general maintenance tasks as needed Emergency preparedness and park readiness support Propane dispensing (training provided) Basic maintenance of golf carts and park equipment Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and other park infrastructure using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct repairs involving welding, residential painting, or mechanical work to ensure facilities remain in excellent condition. Supervise or assist with projects such as facility upgrades or renovations while ensuring safety standards are met. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests, providing exceptional customer service throughout all interactions. Skills Responsible, dependable, and proactive attitude Basic experience in maintenance, handyman work, or similar fields Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Certifications & Training:

Must obtain Water Treatment Certification and Propane Dispensing Certification.

Training and certification costs will be provided by the park.

Schedule:

Starting at approximately 30 hours per week Potential to increase up to 40 hours based on performance and availability Part-time options available
