Job Description
Maintenance Technician-Plumber/Plumbing Shift available: Monday-Friday 1pm-9:30pm and rotating weekends National Management Resources has provided facilities management services for over 40 years. We work in educational settings, including K-12 facilities, boarding schools, colleges, and universities all over the country. We offer competitive wages. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of work in plumbing and general maintenance and repairs to buildings, facilities, and equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, troubleshoot, install, repair, and replace when needed. • Identifies and performs basic repairs of plumbing leaks or breaks; opens clogged lines and drains; maintains and monitors septic system. Repair and maintain buildings. Complete set-ups and tear down for scheduled campus activities. Perform general maintenance using basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, appliance repair, and electrical wiring. Operate and maintain tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities. Conduct HVAC inspections and change filters as needed. Perform on call duties as needed/assigned. Ensure environment is safe and working properly. Perform other duties as assigned.Maintenance Technician- Plumber/Plumbing Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license Lift up to 50 pounds Work from ladders Climb stairs Stand or walk for long periods of time. Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Work in an outdoor environment, with exposure to inclement weather and varying temperatures.Minimum Work Plumber/Plumbing Experience:
• 3 years plumbing experience Passing a Drug Screening and Background Check is required for employment.Job Type:
